Duration of storage The data is deactivated and blocked or permanently deleted upon the cessation of the purpose or at the request of the data subject, unless there are conflicting legal retention periods. 1.1.3. Legal basis of processing The data is published as part of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR. The goal is to provide users with the most comprehensive representation of our company and thus offer the best possible service. 1.1.4. 1.2. User Liability All users are obligated to comply with laws, especially data protection laws, and indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this website in this regard. The use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and informational materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The website operator expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails. Providing personal data such as name, address, or email address is not required for using this website. We only collect and store such data if you voluntarily provide it to us (e.g., when subscribing to a newsletter).

1.3. Social Networks This website may contain links that may lead to the portals of Xing and/or LinkedIn, marked with corresponding icons such as "x," "in," etc. The respective social networks have their own privacy information.

1.4. Videos Currently, there are no videos available on our website. However, we want to inform you that we offer the option to watch film reports via YouTube videos directly through an iFrame embedding. By clicking on a film report, you give consent in accordance with Art. 6 para 1 lit a GDPR. Through this process, the service provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, may collect personal data from you for the duration of playing the respective video. We do not process or store the aforementioned data. Your consent remains valid until you leave the respective website and is not stored. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=AT&hl=de#intro

1.5. Google Fonts External fonts, called "Google Fonts," are implemented on this page. The integration of these web fonts is done through a server call, specifically the server of the technical service provider who has stored the web fonts there.

1.6. Contact Form When you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, your provided data will be stored for processing the request and for follow-up questions for three months by us and temporarily by our technical service provider. This data is not shared with third parties. The legal basis for processing data is Art. 6 para 1 lit a GDPR if the user has given consent. For data transmitted via email, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para 1 lit f GDPR. If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 para 1 lit b GDPR applies.

1.7. Applications If you apply for a (advertised) position on our website via the contact form or by email, the personal data you provide will be stored for the duration of the application process and subsequently deleted. Processing the data is mandatory for participating in the application process and is therefore necessary. If you have given consent to keep your data for future considerations, the data will be used for an additional six months for the specified purposes. Afterward, your data will be permanently deleted. The legal basis for processing is Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR. You can revoke your consent to use the data at any time by email to sibylle.fillbach(at)web.de. The data will then be deleted upon your explicit request.

1.8. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies in part. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. The purpose of cookies is to make our offering more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files/records that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Through these files, certain information flows to the entity (in this case, us) that sets the respective cookie for the mentioned reasons.

Most of the cookies we use are called "transient or session cookies." They are automatically deleted after your visit and when you (re)close your browser. These cookies store a session ID, allowing various requests from your browser to be associated with the common session. This enables your computer to be recognized when you return to our website, so you don't have to log in again with each page change. Session cookies are deleted or lose their validity when you log out or close the browser.

Other cookies, known as "persistent or permanent or protocol cookies," remain stored on your device until automatically deleted after a specified duration, which can vary depending on the cookie, or until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit and save settings and information. This leads to faster and more convenient access, as you don't have to set your language preferences for our portal again. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser's security settings.

Our website uses so-called third-party cookies from external operators (see section 5 below regarding YouTube), which accordingly do not originate from or are operated by us. Such third-party cookies are used, in particular, for collecting information for marketing and advertising purposes, or for producing and providing customized content, as well as for creating web statistics.

You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies by us or our website and allow specific or all cookies (e.g., third-party cookies) only on a case-by-case basis, refuse the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website. If you want to fully or comfortably use our websites, you should accept those cookies that enable the use of specific functions or make the use more comfortable. The purposes of the cookies we use can be found in the overview above.

Cookies that are necessary for the electronic communication process or for providing certain functions you desire (e.g., video linking or language settings) are stored based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services and for the attractive design of its website. If other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your browsing behavior) are stored, these will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

1.9. Google Maps™ Map Service

The Google Maps™ map service is used on this website in accordance with the terms of use for Google Maps and the terms of service for Google Services. We would like to point out that inaccuracies and errors in the maps cannot be avoided and do not represent a defect, as they provide an approximation of reality. The display of the map automatically considers "do not track" preferences in the respective user's browser, so it will not be displayed if the "do not track" setting is activated.

2. DATA SECURITY

The person responsible mentioned in the imprint (see under section 4.) takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the data stored by the provider against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons.

3. OBJECTION

You can object to the use and processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future by informal notification to rechtsanwalt(at)kanzlei-pwk.de or notar(at)kanzlei-pwk.de. The stored personal data will be deleted as soon as you object to the use of your data or the purpose of data collection has been fulfilled. However, statutory or contractual retention obligations remain unaffected. In the case of such obligations, your data will initially be blocked for further use and automatically deleted after the retention periods have expired.

4. LEGAL INSTRUCTION

Affected parties generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If incorrect data about you has been stored, we will correct it. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or your data protection rights have been violated in any way, you can complain to the data protection authority. You can also request confirmation from us about whether and to what extent we process your data.
